Attorney Dietrich Biemiller joined the Galloway Firm since 2013, after serving as an Insurance Defense Trial Lawyer for several large carriers. With dozens of jury trial wins under his belt, he practices in litigation for the firm. Prior to Insurance Defense Trial practice, Dietrich had his own solo practice. While a solo practitioner   he built a unique premier anti-spam litigation practice. Dietrich’s legal career has also involved him in extremely diverse cases including everything from the invention of the DOS operating system to discovering wrecks of Confederate submarines.  

Dietrich graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2001. Prior to law school he had a successful career as a commercial lines Insurance broker. He has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Florida. He spends his off time as a volunteer for Snohomish County Search and Rescue, and is a member of their Man trackers team for their Special Operations Group.
